IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT - New Pentana Solutions Global Incident Management System

We are currently Migrating to the New Pentana Solutions Global Incident Management System. This will be completed and ready for you to access online Monday 15th August. Over the next 3 days you will start to receive updated incident information regarding your new incident number for all open incidents that we are currently investigating for you.

During this time we will:

  • Transfer your existing open incident into the new incident system.
  • Advise you of the new Incident number for you to access online from Monday 15th August
  • Should you need to Escalate or update this incident before Monday 15th August, please forward an email to [email protected] and quote both incident numbers.

There will be interruptions to our Current  On-line Incident management system over the weekend Saturday 13th & Sunday 14th August. We ask for your patience during this time.
